Privacy policy

This is a pre-launch site. We collect very little, and this policy is short because of that — not because we're hiding the long version.

What we collect

If you join the waitlist: your email address. If you use the contact form: your name, email, and what you write. If you do neither, we collect nothing that identifies you. Standard web analytics record anonymised page views — no cross-site tracking, no advertising identifiers.

What we do with it

Waitlist addresses are used to send the emails described on the waitlist page: one at launch, at most one a month before that. We do not sell, rent or share your address with anyone for their marketing. Contact form messages are used to reply to you.

Leaving

Every email includes a one-click unsubscribe. You can also ask us to delete everything we hold about you, and we will: hello@oaknest.co.nz.

The legal frame

We operate under the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020 and, for Australian customers, the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). You have the right to access and correct personal information we hold.
