Questions
Short answers, honestly given. If yours isn't here, ask us directly.
When can I buy something?
The first shipment is in progress and the range is in development. The first shipment is planned for Summer 2026–27 — we'll only firm that up as freight confirms, because we don't announce dates we might miss. The waitlist gets one email the day the range opens.
Why launch a website before the products?
So the standard is public before the sales pitch. Everything we claim about construction and materials is published now, and you can check the products against it when they arrive.
How much will it cost?
More than board furniture and less than bespoke joinery — honest pricing for solid hardwood, with the specification published so you can see what you're paying for. Indicatively: dining tables in the low-to-mid four figures (NZD), chairs in the mid three figures — exact pricing published before launch, never behind an enquiry form.
Will you deliver to my area?
At launch: nationwide New Zealand delivery from our Auckland warehouse, and Australian east-coast metro delivery (Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane), widening after launch. Rural and South Island freight is quoted honestly at checkout, not averaged into city prices.
What's the warranty?
Ten years, structural — frames, joinery and panel construction — in plain English, published in full before launch. Note that seasonal timber movement and grain variation are material behaviour, not defects — our guides explain the difference.
Is it really solid wood — everywhere?
That's the standard: solid timber in every component, including drawer boxes and back panels, with the species and panel construction stated per piece. Where any piece deviates, its spec sheet will say so before you order.
Will there be discounts if I wait?
No. We don't do permanent sales or discount cycles — the price is the price, set honestly the first time. If that changes, we'll have failed at something and you should ask us why.
Do you have a showroom?
Not yet. Pre-launch, the closest thing is this site's construction pages — and at launch, our spec sheets and delivery inspection guide are written so you can verify every claim on your own floor.
Can I see or buy fabric/timber samples?
Sample availability will be confirmed at launch. It's on the list — for solid timber, seeing the actual grain and finish matters, and we'd rather ship you a sample than a return.
I'm a retailer / supplier / freight partner. Who do I talk to?
Use the trade enquiry option on the contact page and tell us what you're proposing. We read everything and reply within a few working days.
